Key Duties : The

Portfolio Sales Manager (Sustainability, Recycling & Energy Technologies) – Chemical and Energy

will support Rieckermann India to manage the marketing and sales activities of Rieckermann's leading and owed technologies such as sustainable plastic recycling technologies including plastic to oil pyrolysis, tire to product, sustainable plasticizer or bio solvent production. This includes thorough understanding of Indian market for chemical recycling industry within the plastic and tyre wastes segments and being commercially astute.

Project Development and Sales - Effectively present,

promote and sell Sustainable & Energy Technologies to existing and prospective customers

Future Energy Growth - Comprehensive understanding on market trends opportunities and knowledge on regulations to assist in the development of business opportunities for Sustainable & Energy Technologies

Partner Liaison - Establish a good relationship with relevant partners

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in sales, with focus on process technology and projects in an international business environment

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering

Solid understanding and work exposure in the Chemical Recycling (for plastic and tyre waste) industry is preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target in B2B sales environment

Able to manage and close sales pipeline and deals and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs

A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients optimize their operations with advanced technology

Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Readiness to travel frequently locally and internationally, preferably with driver's license and own vehicle

Only candidates based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane will be considered for the role
