About Us

Invincible Ocean is looking for a highly experienced Business Operations Manager who can drive revenue, build strong business pipelines, and lead end-to-end sales operations for our IT division.

What You’ll Do :

Lead sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth

Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals

Oversee complete sales operations, forecasting, and reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets

Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations & negotiations

What We’re Looking For :

15-20 years of experience in Sales & Business Operations, preferably in the IT industry

Strong network, proven revenue-generation track record

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Ability to build processes, manage teams, and drive business expansion

Immediate or early joiners preferred
