Investor Relations Manager

Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors of the firm, including HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutions. The role requires close collaboration with the investment teams across verticals to drive fundraising, ensure seamless investor servicing, and strengthen the firm’s presence in the rapidly growing AIF ecosystem.Roles & ResponsibilitiesInvestor outreachWork closely with the teams to acquire new investors, which will include HNIs, institutions and family officesOrganise investor outreach programmes by conducting LP events in different geographies thereby increasing brand awarenessDevelop tailored investor presentations, positioning material, and fund pitches in collaboration with investment and product teamsInvestor relationsManage existing investor relationships and liaise with their stakeholders (bankers / wealth managers / auditors)Conduct periodic review meetings, performance discussions and deepen engagement with LPsPrepare and deliver periodic investor updates, reports, and fund commentariesManage investor communication processes including income distributions, capital calls, KYC / AML compliance, tax documentation, and audit requirements.Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide insights that enhance investor engagement.Networking and relationshipsBuild alliances and partnerships with private banks, wealth managers, and intermediaries to strengthen fundraising networks.Represent the firm at industry conferences, wealth forums, and investor community events to enhance visibility and credibilityQualifications, competencies & skillsetMaster's degree in finance, commerce or related disciplines3-5 years' experience in a similar role in comparable organisationsExperience in wealth management, family offices preferredExcellent communication skills and networking skillsKnowledge in asset allocation, understanding of debt and equity markets is an added advantage
