Job Description

We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems and building intuitive, scalable design solutions. You will be responsible for creating usable, aesthetic and impactful designs for our portfolio of workflow products as an individual contributor. This role requires deep user empathy, cross-functional collaboration skills and a strong grasp of both design principles and product strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and brings experience from B2B, healthcare or AI-driven products.

Roles and Responsibilities

Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutions

Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping etc.

Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap

Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle

Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions

Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value

Find opportunities to continuously innovate and improve on user experience with an experimental and iterative approach

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.

Solid foundation in UI / UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices

Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills

Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context

Proven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldwork
