Job Title : SAP OpenText VIM Consultant

Company : Leading German MNC

Location : Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)

Employment Type : Full-time | Direct Payroll with German MNC

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with 2–6 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, or upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in VIM , Invoice Capture Center (ICC / BCC) , and a solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and support SAP OpenText VIM implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects (preferably version 16.3 or minimum 7.5).
  • Configure Archive Link , VIM Document Types , approval classes , and chart of authority .
  • Enhance indexing screens , process types, and options based on business needs.
  • Manage VIM extensions / custom developments and integrations with SAP FI / MM modules.
  • Handle VIM & ICC configuration , testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare blueprints , gather requirements, and support project go-live activities .
  • Create and maintain Test Concepts , test documentation, and approval criteria.
  • Collaborate with business teams for process improvement and automation.

Key Skills & Experience :

  • 2–6 years of SAP experience (Implementation / Support / Rollout / Upgrade).
  • Strong business process knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) .
  • Hands-on experience in OpenText VIM & ICC (Invoice Capture Center) .
  • Experience with OpenText Archive Server and Enterprise Scan Tool .
  • Good understanding of SAP FI and MM integration.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
