Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Support Executives who have a basic understanding of the stock market and can deliver excellent client support. The role involves assisting clients with their queries, onboarding new customers, promoting our products, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client queries related to trading, demat accounts, and platform features.
• Assist customers in account opening, onboarding, and basic troubleshooting.
• Educate clients on Firstock's products, services, and trading features.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or cross-sell services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet business acquisition and revenue targets.
• Provide post-sales support and build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity, and trading concepts.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil & Malayalam (knowledge of other Indian languages will be an added advantage).
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer-centric focus.
• Prior experience in sales, customer support, or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain is preferred but not mandatory.
• Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce background is a plus).
