Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Order Verification : Reach out to customers via phone after online orders have been placed to confirm and verify order details, such as product specifications and shipping addresses, to prevent any errors and ensure smooth delivery.
• Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and WhatsApp, providing support and making necessary adjustments to orders, such as product swaps or address changes.

1. Proficient in Hindi and English with excellent verbal communication skills.

2. Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude.

3. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
