Job Role

To support the Finance & Accounts department in areas of accounting, auditing, taxation,

compliance, and reporting within a medium-sized manufacturing company in the engineering

sector. The role will vary based on level :

Manager CA (3–5 Years Experience)

  • Independently handle accounts, taxation, and compliance functions.
  • Conduct tax planning, tax filings, and reviews of GST, TDS, and other statutory

requirements.

  • Supervise accounts receivable & payables and ensure timely compliance.
  • Provide accurate reports to management and government authorities.
  • Review tax forms, suggest adjustments, and resolve tax-related issues.
  • Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial

    • operations.

    Experience : 3–5 years post-CA with strong exposure to accounts and taxation in a

    manufacturing company.

    Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant + Graduate.
  • Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems, MS Office, and accounting tools.

    • Skills / Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and taxation laws (TDS, GST,

    • Compliance Act, etc.).

  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
