Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, onboarding new employees, supporting organizational development initiatives, addressing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes

Experience in employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
