Job Role :
We are looking for a Retail Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across our retail stores. The role involves coordinating between Head Office and outlets, ensuring SOP compliance, managing stock movements, supporting sales operations, and coordinating training programs. The Retail Coordinator will also oversee usage of Pazo software for audits, task management, and training compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily operations across multiple stores.
- Coordinate stock allocation, replenishment & inter-store transfers.
- Support store managers in achieving sales & operational targets.
- Ensure SOPs and policies are followed across outlets.
- Coordinate staff training programs and schedules.
- Manage reporting on sales, stock & performance.
- Ensure effective usage of Pazo software .
Candidate Profile :
Graduate in Business / Retail Management or related field.2–4 years of retail operations / coordination experience (fashion / apparel preferred).Strong communication & organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Pazo software preferredShow more
