✅ We do need a branding-first designer who lives and breathes logos, brochures, packaging, typography, and layout .

✅ You should know how to craft high-end marketing collaterals —brochures, catalogues, and brand presentations that feel premium.

✅ You must understand papers, printing finishes, textures, and production techniques —and how designs actually look after they’re printed.

✅ We review portfolios first , then share a short test (non-commercial).

✅ We’ll never use your test work publicly—it’s purely to evaluate your process and creativity.

Who You Are

• You have 2–3+ years of experience in logo design, visual identity, brochure design, and print branding .
• You understand print production —papers, inks, finishes, die cuts, emboss, foiling—the works.
• You can turn a brand identity into stunning marketing collaterals that feel expensive.
• You create original logo concepts—not Pinterest remakes.
• You think strategically and can explain your design rationale clearly.
• You respect deadlines and like to work independently (this is a remote role).
