Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for an HR Community Manager (Fresher). The HR Community Manager will be responsible for facilitating communication and engagement between different stakeholders, managing community forums, coordinating HR activities, and organizing training or workshops. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal and external partners while promoting the organization’s values and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage community forums and HR activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR principles or prior internship experience in HR roles (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • Interest in working in the education and non-profit sector

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Development & Engagement

  • Grow and manage the EduSkills HR Talent Community across regions.
  • Engage HR leaders through events, webinars, digital platforms, and regular communication.
  • Maintain updated community databases and engagement records.
  • 2. Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of HR Connect @ Campus and other engagement events.
  • Coordinate with HR leaders, colleges, and internal teams for program delivery.
  • Handle agendas, speaker coordination, schedules, logistics, and post-event reports.
  • 3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary liaison for HR leaders and corporate partners.
  • Build long-term institutional and industry relationships.
  • Address queries and ensure timely communication.
  • 4. Talent & Industry Mapping

  • Understand HR partner hiring needs, internship expectations, and skill trends.
  • Bridge opportunities between campuses and industry leaders.
  • Collect and share hiring insights with internal teams.
  • 5. Communication & Content Coordination

  • Prepare outreach messages, event briefs, and engagement communications.
  • Manage community communication channels (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn groups).
  • Support content creation for newsletters and social media updates.
  • 6. Program Administration

  • Manage registrations, confirmations, travel coordination, and documentation.
  • Track event metrics, budgets, invoices, and necessary approvals.
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare monthly or quarterly performance reports.
  • 7. Branding & Outreach

  • Promote EduSkills HR Community initiatives across institutions and industry networks.
  • Highlight success stories and testimonials to strengthen brand value.
  • 8. Collaboration

  • Work closely with Membership, Internship, Placement, and Operations teams.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the HR ecosystem.

  • Comfortable with travel for campus engagements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle multi-stakeholder environments
  • Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA / HR preferred)
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR, corporate relations, training, community management, or related fields
  • Prior experience in education, skilling, or HR ecosystems is an added advantage
