About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Research & Deal Origination Intern on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining understanding of investment banking, finance, industry research and client sourcing.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct industry and company research across high-growth sectors (tech, consumer, healthcare, climate, etc.)
• Assist in building pitch decks, pitch deck review documents and related fundraising collateral
• Analyze market trends, business models, fundraising landscapes
• Participate in internal discussions on client opportunities
• Support deal origination by mapping startups, identifying prospects, and preparing outreach lists
• Conduct sales and outreach calls with founders, CXOs, and potential clients
• Engage in relationship-building efforts through email, LinkedIn outreach and calls
• Track client responses, follow up on engagements, and support CRM management
