Cyber Security Specialist

Position : ServiceNow Specialist

Experience : 3–5 years

Location : PAN India

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of its core features, secure operations, and exception handling.
• Define architectural and design elements for ServiceNow solutions, including data models, workflow diagrams, and access control models.
• Analyze business requirements, define and document user stories, and create UI mockups to support project delivery.
• Lead end-to-end use case design, workflow configuration, customization, and deployment to higher environments.
• Conduct ServiceNow training sessions and provide advanced support to teams.
• Promote best practices, perform regular code reviews, and drive ServiceNow excellence across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
