Position : ServiceNow Specialist
Experience : 3–5 years

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of its core features, secure operations, and exception handling.
- Define architectural and design elements for ServiceNow solutions, including data models, workflow diagrams, and access control models.
- Analyze business requirements, define and document user stories, and create UI mockups to support project delivery.
- Lead end-to-end use case design, workflow configuration, customization, and deployment to higher environments.
- Conduct ServiceNow training sessions and provide advanced support to teams.
- Promote best practices, perform regular code reviews, and drive ServiceNow excellence across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
Must Have :
3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience in modules like IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM .Strong knowledge of workflow design, APIs, web services , and integrations.Hands-on experience with UI Builder, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs , and migration to higher environments.Expertise in defining epics and user stories , and a hands-on approach to driving project success.Experience in code reviews, solution design, automation, and platform upgrades .Delivered at least 2–3 full-cycle ServiceNow projects .Mandatory Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.Good to Have :
