We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Residential Sales Professional to join our team for The Palatial Farms , a prestigious luxury farm house development known for its premium location, exceptional design, and exclusive lifestyle offerings. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid background in residential real estate, particularly in fresh bookings , luxury segment sales, and farm house transactions. Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and established client connections will be a major advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing inquiries, conducting property presentations, and delivering memorable site visit experiences to potential clients. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable options, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth deal closures. The role also requires regular follow-ups, market research, and staying updated on competitor projects and industry trends.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while representing The Palatial Farms with professionalism and confidence. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert high-value prospects into successful transactions are essential.
