Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in UI / UX design or a related role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A portfolio showcasing your design projects, problem-solving approach, and visual design capability. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers. Interest or prior experience in healthcare technology or B2B product design
Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and enhance user experiences.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across products by maintaining design standards and guidelines.
- Translate user insights into practical and scalable design solutions.
- Continuously explore new tools, design trends, and UX best practices to improve overall product quality.
