We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage, supervise, and execute construction activities on-site. The Site Engineer plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and overseeing on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and laborers to interpret technical drawings, monitor progress, and solve day-to-day engineering issues during construction.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out as per design, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and technical designs. Provide accurate layout and level control on-site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate site activities and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship and materials meet required standards. Conduct inspections and testing where necessary.
• Track project milestones, prepare daily / weekly progress reports, and identify delays or risks that may impact the schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the construction site.
• Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify and solve site-related issues promptly, escalating critical matters to senior engineers or project managers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, measurements, inspections, and changes in project scope.
