About the Role

We are looking for a Cluster Head to lead merchant acquisition and field sales efforts. This role involves team leadership, strategy planning, and driving high-impact growth.

Who Should Apply?

✅ 8–14 years in Direct Sales / B2C Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales

✅ Field Sales & Team Handling experience is mandatory

⭐ Preference for candidates from Digital Payments / Telecom Sales background

❌ Note : Not looking for store-level retail experience

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop strategies to acquire merchants & retailers across segments

🔹 Drive sourcing, lead generation, acquisition & activation closures

🔹 Manage & grow a direct field sales team

🔹 Coach, mentor & upskill the team in acquisition and relationship handling

🔹 Plan & execute promotional strategies for market penetration & visibility

🔹 Travel across the city to build and strengthen market presence

🔹 Ensure achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targets
