Job Summary
The International Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding the company’s global footprint through systematic country-wise lead generation, digital marketing, exhibition coordination, and data analytics. The role involves identifying potential distributors, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through data-driven marketing and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from target countries using LinkedIn, export data portals, trade directories, and other digital tools.
- Research potential distributors, OEM clients, and institutional buyers by product category and region.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of country-wise and product-wise prospects.
- Execute digital campaigns for international buyer engagement through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Send bulk and targeted email campaigns, track engagement metrics, and maintain mailing lists.
- Support online branding activities — product promotion, catalog circulation, and awareness campaigns.
- Assist in pre-exhibition planning — target buyer identification, mailers, and appointment scheduling.
- Manage post-exhibition lead data entry, categorization, and follow-up tracking through CRM / ERP.
- Analyze international trade data and buyer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards highlighting lead conversion, country performance, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain accurate and updated data of all leads and existing clients in the CRM / ERP system.
- Transfer qualified leads to the respective Sales Department or Territory Manager for conversion.
- Engage leads through consistent follow-up, professional communication, and product updates.
- Build long-term business relationships with international clients and channel partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Life Sciences.1–3 years of experience in international marketing or business development (medical devices or pharma preferred).Excellent communication and writing skills in English.Sound knowledge of MS Excel, and CRM toolsAnalytical mindset, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
