About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven SEO & SEM professional who can lead end-to-end optimization across web, video, and GMB platforms.
The right candidate will own and drive our SEO, SEM, and GMB strategy —optimizing performance, addressing client concerns, and scaling growth without creating additional headcount.
This is not a typical execution-only role. We’re looking for someone who can act as a strategy manager , guide clients with actionable insights, build optimization roadmaps, and grow SEO / SEM as a core practice within the organization—including GEO (ChatGPT Optimization) and other emerging digital search fronts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute holistic SEO and SEM strategies across web, YouTube, and GMB platforms to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Take full ownership of GMB strategy, optimization, and performance tracking to address client objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and deliver strategic SEO roadmaps for clients, including actionable insights for content, technical, and off-page improvements.
- Optimize YouTube content (titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, thumbnails) and drive YouTube SEO performance.
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives —ensuring alignment with search engine best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams to create data-backed, SEO-optimized assets .
- Drive SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Video) , ensuring ROI-focused outcomes.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, TubeBuddy / VidIQ) to measure success and present performance dashboards.
- Stay updated on emerging SEO, SEM, and AI-driven optimization trends (including GEO and conversational search).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.4+ years of proven SEO and SEM experience , with strong hands-on and strategic capabilities.Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword planning, GMB, and performance reporting.Experience in SEO strategy formulation and client-facing performance discussions.Strong working knowledge of Google Ads , YouTube SEO , and paid optimization techniques.Proficiency with industry tools — SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, TubeBuddy / VidIQ, and Google Business tools.Knowledge of HTML, schema markup, WordPress , and technical SEO elements.Analytical mindset with a focus on translating data into growth strategy .Good to Have
Experience in video marketing and YouTube ad campaigns.Exposure to AI-powered SEO tools and ChatGPT Optimization (GEO) .Understanding of cross-platform SEO, local SEO, and social media optimization.Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or YouTube Marketing.Why Join Us
