PEM - Electrical - (Substation Project)

Role : PEM - Electrical - (Substation Project) Work Location : Saudi Experience : 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure engineering deliverables are in sync with project timelines through effective coordination and regular progress reviews.
• Oversee and approve designs, drawings, and calculations for both Primary and Secondary substation systems (up to 765 kV GIS / AIS).
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, allocate tasks and man-hours, and drive productivity through reviews and mentoring.
• Interface with Civil, Structural, MEP, and Instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering scopes.
• Supervise vendor engineering, clarify technical requirements, and ensure timely delivery of materials in coordination with SCM and Contracts teams.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Implement BIM, promote digitalization, and drive standardization, cost-saving initiatives, and design optimizations.
• Foster continuous learning, skill enhancement, and identify successors for key engineering roles.
