Must-Have : -

4+ Years of good functional expertise in SAP RE-FX — Contract management, lease accounting (IFRS16 / ASC842), property management and valuation.

Knowledge of S / 4HANA data structures, Fiori apps and cloud deployment considerations.

Deep understanding of RE-FX integration with FI / CO, MM, PS and Asset Accounting.

Hands-on experience in RE-FX master data migration, testing and reconciliation during implementation.

Good to Have : -

1. Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform / BTP Services for RE-FX reporting or extensions.

2. Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real estate reporting and dashboards
