Job Title : Consultant - Application Packager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consultant specializing in Application Packaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging, testing, and deploying applications in a Windows environment, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Application Packaging :

Package and repackage applications using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, or Wise Package Studio.

Convert applications to formats like MSI, MSIX, and App-V.

2. Testing and Deployment :

Perform functional and compatibility testing of packaged applications.

Deploy packaged applications via SCCM / Intune or other deployment tools.

3. Troubleshooting :

Diagnose and resolve application packaging and deployment issues.

Provide technical support for escalations related to packaging.

4. Documentation :

Maintain detailed documentation of packaging processes, testing procedures, and deployment configurations.

Update knowledge base with troubleshooting steps and best practices.

5. Collaboration :

Work closely with IT teams, application owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful application delivery.

Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues during the deployment phase.
