We’re looking for a dynamic, guest-focused individual to be the face of our restaurant. This role is all about creating memorable dining experiences through warm hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and engaging events. You’ll be interacting directly with guests, leading fun activities, and ensuring every visit feels special. Alongside this, you’ll help us bring our brand alive through events, collaborations, and creative content.
Responsibilities
1. Guest Engagement
- Welcome and interact with guests to ensure a personalized experience (e.g., special touches for celebrations, surprise freebies, engagement games).
- Be a visible, approachable presence on the floor, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.
2. Events & Experiences
Plan and execute themed in-house events for festivals and special occasions (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Oktoberfest, Republic Day).Introduce innovative engagement activities that make the restaurant experience unique.3. Collaborations & Visibility
Work with local businesses, alcohol brands, and influencers to enhance brand presence.Support the marketing team with fresh ideas for content and collaborations.4. Feedback & Relationships
Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality.Build strong relationships with corporate clients for group bookings and private events.Train staff on guest engagement best practices to elevate the overall experience.Qualifications
Background in hospitality, airlines (cabin crew), or premium customer service roles preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a people-person who enjoys guest interaction.Passion for food, craft beer, and hospitality.Creative thinker with an eye for events and engagement ideas.Comfortable using social media to support restaurant visibility.Energetic, well-groomed, and professional with a customer-first approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.6-day working role, with weekends working.Work timings : 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 30 PM.
