What You'll Be Doing

We'll shape your journey based on your strengths, but broadly you will :

  • Support different communication initiatives across internal and external channels.
  • Learn how storytelling drives impact in a D2C brand environment.
  • Translate complex, technical ideas into simple, engaging communication .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Experiment with content creation , digital platforms, and new communication formats.
  • Practice critical thinking, feedback, and iteration to refine strategies.

    • Who You Are

  • Education : Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) with 0 years of professional experience .
  • Problem-solver : Strong analytical and technical thinking.
  • Communicator : Excellent written and spoken English—clear, crisp, and engaging.
  • Mindset :
  • Ambitious and curious about startup + D2C growth.
  • Adaptable—willing to learn, unlearn, and innovate.
  • Collaborative, creative, and open to feedback.
