• Assist with operations : creating systems, documentation, and supporting hiring
• Collaborate across teams to keep processes smooth and efficientWhat We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or operations (agency / creative industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive multitasker
• Interest in branding, design, and consumer product industries
