Job Description :

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations across LATAM regions . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local statutory compliance , experience in vendor coordination , and a passion for process automation and improvement .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (LATAM).
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and labor laws.
• Independently coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate deliverables.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll execution.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll records, and review vendor outputs.
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.
• Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and compliance.
• Handle tight deadlines and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
