Why this role

Help MARS expand into skincare with evidence-backed, high-performing products tailored to Indian consumers and climates. You’ll turn consumer problems + science into clear product briefs, claims, and go-to-market learnings.

What you’ll own

• Map whitespace : analyze trends, competitor SKUs, reviews, derm / consumer insights; size opportunities and recommend a focused roadmap.
• Write product briefs : target user, problem, claim set, hero actives, benchmark formulas, test plan, and success metrics.
• Partner with R&D : translate briefs into lab-ready guardrails (pH, sensorial, allergens, INCI boundaries, cost targets).
• Evidence & claims : compile literature, design claim-substantiation / consumer-use tests, and maintain traceable dossiers.
• Ingredient strategy : evaluate actives (efficacy, stability, compatibility, safety, regulatory), shortlist vendors, and negotiate samples.
• Launch learning loop : structure pilots, A / Bs, and post-launch dashboards; recommend fast iterations.
