Integration Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Integration Engineer to join our Integration Team, focusing primarily on the pre-onboarding phase for our publishers. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless initial experience for our partners through automation, efficient troubleshooting, and robust technical support.

Responsibilities :

• Own and execute pre-onboarding technical tasks for publishers, ensuring smooth and timely integration.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and workflows using Python.
• Implement and manage caching strategies using Cloudflare (or similar CDN caching mechanisms).
• Use Google Developer Console for effective debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Integrate and monitor SDKs, ensuring seamless functionality within publisher environments.
• Perform API testing, debugging, and validation using Postman collections.
• Analyze, interpret, and act upon logging and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, QA teams, AI / Data representatives, and Engineering to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Document integration processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices clearly and comprehensively.
• Troubleshoot both backend and frontend integration issues, providing rapid resolutions and root-cause analyses.
