Job description

Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process, customer engagement, and conversions

Drive in store ratings reviews.

Train, coach, and mentor sales team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to optimize performance.

Maintain a deep understanding of RentoMojos product and service offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of service,

As an active voice of customer ,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations,customer support,and Logistics to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in any field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer experience / support with hands- on experience of handling sales / support associates
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and motivating a team of sales associates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Strict adherence to store timings
Knowledge of data entry and proficiency in excel or Google sheets
Should be technologically sound
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
