JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role Purpose
To identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners across regions to drive business of Wellness, Vacation Homes of reputed brand, ensure alignment with brand standards, and achieve franchise sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Wellness SPA and Salon Investment Sales & Onboarding
- Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners to invest in Franchise Business for wellness SPA, Salons and vacation homes .
- Present the franchise model, investment requirements, ROI projections, and business support to potential partners.
- Manage end-to-end franchise Investment sales process — from lead generation to deal closure and agreement signing.
- Manage the Tele Calling Sales team to convert leads into Sales
2. Lead Management & Conversion
Generate leads through digital campaigns, franchise portals, exhibitions, brokers, and referral networks. Work with Performance Marketing agencies for smooth sales leadsQualify leads, arrange meetings / presentations, and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.3. Documentation & Agreements
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to prepare franchise agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.Ensure all franchise agreements are compliant with brand policies and legal norms.4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to ensure smooth pre-opening and launch of new franchise outlets.Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align franchise offerings with market needs.5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Maintain weekly / monthly reports on franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.Present expansion performance and forecasts to management.6. Brand Representation
Represent the company at franchise expos, investor meets, and other networking events.Promote the brand’s value proposition and support programs to potential franchisees.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in franchise Investor sales and Onboarding ( Wellness industry, Hotel & Hospitality, Vacation Homes ).Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to understand financial models, ROI calculations, and business feasibility.Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data tracking.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.Preferred Industry
Candidates should be from franchise Investor sales background of following IndustriesWellness Industry - Forest Essentials, WOW Skin Science, Nyka, Amway, VLCC, Naturals etc.

You will report to the COO of EBG GroupWorking Days
Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week)Joining Time
