Hiring : Senior Node.js Engineer | AI-Powered Backend Systems

We’re looking for a

highly skilled and driven Node.js Engineer

to join our fast-paced engineering team. The ideal candidate has

7+ years of strong backend experience

and a proven track record of building, integrating, and supporting

AI-powered agents, workflows, and applications

using modern

GenAI frameworks and APIs .

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate

AI-driven backend systems

and workflows.

Build and maintain

REST APIs

for large-scale automation and data processing.

Provide

end-to-end operational support

for backend tools and services.

Collaborate effectively with

60+ backend engineers

across functions to drive seamless execution.

Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of backend infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years

of hands-on experience with

Node.js

(Extremely strong expertise required).

Strong experience in

REST API development , integration, and automation.

Experience working with

GenAI frameworks and APIs

(e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.).

Solid understanding of

microservices architecture

and backend system design.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
