Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented BI Engineer to design and develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models leveraging data hosted in Microsoft Fabric. The BI Engineer will translate complex financial and operational data into intuitive reports that drive transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards supporting audit, finance, procurement, and operations requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define semantic layer structures and optimize DAX calculations.
• Build and maintain data models and relationships for historical datasets (Invoices, POs, Shipments, GL entries, etc.).
• Implement row-level and role-based access controls (RBAC) in Power BI for data security.
• Ensure report performance tuning, validation, and visual consistency across modules.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design sessions with business and audit stakeholders.
• Support data lineage, version control, and documentation to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client SMEs and end users.
• Contribute to testing and validation activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of visualizations.
• Manage report publishing, workspace access, and deployment to production.
