Job Description : We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator / Telecalling Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions over the phone, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilty :

  • Handle inbound calls and provide information about products / services.
  • Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and CRM software.
  • Follow up with customers as needed and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.

Key Skills :

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in  MS Excel and CRM tools .
  • Comfortable using a computer for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
