Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert — someone who can think strategically, execute brilliantly, and scale campaigns that deliver real results.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for building and managing high-performing campaigns across multiple channels and clients.

Your day-to-day will include :

⚡ Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and SEO.

⚡ Designing and running email + cold outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Zoho Campaigns.

⚡ Setting up CRM automations and nurture workflows to move leads from cold → warm → hot.

⚡ Mining, segmenting, and activating customer data to boost targeting and ROI.

⚡ Analyzing campaign data across Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other platforms to extract actionable insights.

⚡ Collaborating with content, design, and sales teams for aligned, high-quality execution.

⚡ Reporting weekly performance with clear insights and next steps.

⚡ Experimenting with AI-driven optimization and creative testing to stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who blends creativity, data, and discipline — a hands-on marketer who thrives in an agency-style environment.

✅ Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns (B2B + B2C).

✅ Strong track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI delivery.

✅ Deep expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.

✅ Proficiency in automation and CRM tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, Zoho, or HubSpot.

✅ Excellent English communication — written and verbal.

✅ Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action.

✅ Resilient, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

✅ Agency experience is a big plus.
