Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Manager located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team efforts, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, ensuring deadlines are met, optimizing workflow processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive efficiency and productivity. The Team Manager will also handle performance evaluations, conflict resolutions, and strategic planning to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership, people management, and team development skills with CA firm.
• Strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Having good hands on experience in ITR, GSTR and AUDITS.
• Experience in conflict resolution and decision-making
• Working experience with CA FIRM with above role for minimum 3 years is required
• Chartered Accountant, Semi qualified CA
