Job Title : Salesforce Manual Tester

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : 6 months Contract (extendable)

Experience : 5+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for skilled Salesforce Manual Testers to support functional, integration, and regression testing for our CRM solution. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce testing experience, an understanding of CRM processes, and the ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing based on application requirements.
  • Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts aligned with business rules.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and document outcomes.
  • Estimate testing effort for assigned modules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate test management tools.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews as part of Agile / Scrum processes.
  • Ensure test coverage and traceability of all business requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce manual testing .
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing techniques , including UI and functional testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.G., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
  • Solid understanding of CRM business processes .
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
