We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to handle the end-to-end hiring process for our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local talent market, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, social media, local networks, and consultants.
• Screen profiles, conduct telephonic / video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement
