Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification & Tracking
- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders and business opportunities. Handle registrations on e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPP, etc., and attend pre-bid meetings and vendor registrations.
Tender Documentation
Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents in coordination with internal teams, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.Sales Strategy Execution
Assist the Sales Lead in implementing sales strategies and achieving assigned sales targets.Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor pricing strategies, activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights that support business growth.Customer Interaction & SupportManage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up regularly to improve engagement and conversion.Order Management
Ensure smooth order processing including purchase order receipt, internal coordination, and invoicing.Contract & Payment Monitoring
Monitor contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and follow up on payments to ensure contractual compliance.Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and secure repeat business.Reporting & Feedback
Provide regular updates to the Sales Lead on tender progress, sales performance, and customer feedback.CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update lead pipelines, customer databases, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.Skills Required
