Job description

Description : Manager Title : Manager Finance & Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager - Accountant to oversee and manage the accounting operations of our organization. The role requires strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and team management. The Manager Accountant will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in all financial transactions while supporting business growth with sound financial insights.

Key & Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory & Ensure adherence to statutory laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other applicable regulatory filings.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls.

Team Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Conduct performance reviews and training for team Provide financial analysis and insights to support management Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Assist in strategic planning by analyzing financial trends and cost optimization & Chartered Accountant Minimum 7-10 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to salary with benefits as per company policy.
