Position Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Recruiter - Fresher to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in corporate recruitment, with a focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent for diverse corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing :

  • Use job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source qualified candidates for corporate positions.

Candidate Screening :

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

    • Interview Coordination :

  • Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.

    • Job Posting Management :

  • Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract high-quality applicants.

    • Database Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

    • Candidate Communication :

  • Provide candidates with timely updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

    • Market Research :

  • Stay informed about hiring trends, industry benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

    • Administrative Support :

  • Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes.

    • Compliance :

  • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies and applicable legal requirements.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with corporate recruitment processes or tools is a plus but not mandatory.
