  • Ensure stock planning, availability, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and handle escalations effectively.
  • Track performance through reports, market insights, and store audits.
  • Drive a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and customer delight.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in retail store management (Premium / Luxury / High-End Retail).
  • Proven track record in team leadership, sales management, and customer service .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and adaptable with flexible working hours.
  • Computer savvy with reporting skills (Excel).
