Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end store operations with focus on performance and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members , driving sales and service excellence.
- Ensure stock planning, availability, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and handle escalations effectively.
- Track performance through reports, market insights, and store audits.

Desired Candidate Profile
7–10 years of experience in retail store management (Premium / Luxury / High-End Retail).Proven track record in team leadership, sales management, and customer service .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Confident, presentable, and adaptable with flexible working hours.Computer savvy with reporting skills (Excel).Skills Required
