Job Title : AI Automation Specialist (No-Code)

Client Location : Singapore

Working Days / Hours : Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM SGT

Contract Type : Full-Time Contract

Monthly Salary : USD 800

About the Role

One of our clients is seeking a  hands-on AI & Automation Specialist  who can apply existing AI and no-code tools to make our business operations smarter and faster. This role focuses on  implementing practical, easy-to-use AI solutions  — such as automating administrative workflows, building chatbots for student support, and optimizing marketing processes using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, and Airtable. If you love improving efficiency, simplifying processes, and empowering non-technical teams to work smarter with AI — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Workflow Automation

Design and implement automations for administrative and operational tasks (e.g., certificate generation, CRM updates, student reminders).

Use tools such as  Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT  to streamline business processes.

Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions that are reliable, scalable, and quick to deploy.

Chatbot & Student Support

Build and maintain  AI-powered chatbots  to assist students with FAQs, course navigation, and support inquiries.

Continuously improve chatbot logic and language for accuracy and helpfulness.

AI-Enhanced Marketing

Use AI tools to assist with  content ideation, copywriting, and personalization  for ads, newsletters, and landing pages.

Support campaign optimization by automating data entry, performance tracking, and reporting workflows.

Training & Documentation

Create simple guides and training materials to help internal staff confidently use new AI-driven workflows.

Run short workshops or demos to support team adoption.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest in AI and no-code tools, bringing forward practical ideas for immediate implementation.

Prioritize simplicity, speed, and measurable value in all recommendations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with  AI or no-code / low-code tools  in a business or startup environment.

Proficiency with  Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar automation platforms .

Proven track record of delivering working solutions — not just concepts or prototypes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explain tech concepts clearly.

Self-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with  online education platforms  (Teachable, Thinkific, Moodle, etc.).

Experience connecting tools via  API integrations .

Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript).
