Senior Solution Engineer

IBM Cognos :

Proven experience with designs, development, and implementation with business intelligence solutions using IBM Cognos.
Expert-level experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data models to help organization analyzing and visualizing data effectively in Cognos.
Hands-on experience in optimizing report performance and data loading processes to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis
Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the Cognos environment.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with providing ongoing support to end-users and maintaining the Cognos environment, including troubleshooting issues and resolving report errors
Experience in source code management of enterprise applications using Git
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with Agile SDLC

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines and objectives

Demonstrated ability to make decisions that ensure quick resolutions of events and provide recommendations and expertise to enhance system performance and availability
