（Senior) Pega Testers

We are looking for experienced Pega Testers to join our client’s expanding project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test scenarios for Pega applications, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple modules and business processes. Senior candidates will additionally provide guidance to junior testers and contribute to improving testing standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing within Pega environments.
• Validate Pega rules, workflows, UI, data objects, integrations, and configurations.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and quality assurance discussions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support the development team in defect resolution.
• For Senior roles : mentor junior testers, set quality checkpoints, and enhance testing frameworks and automation approach.
