Role : SAP FPSL Manager

Experience : 9+ years

Job Purpose :

To lead and manage the successful delivery of SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals, regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS17 / IFRS9), and SAP best practices.

Job Description :

As an SAP FPSL Manager, you will :

• Lead end-to-end FPSL implementations including planning, solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable FPSL solutions.
• Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Drive solution architecture for FPSL, including SDL, RDL, CVPM, and integration with SAP S / 4HANA or other systems.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS17 and IFRS9, guiding teams on GMM, PAA, and VFA measurement models.
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Support pre-sales and proposal development, contributing to solutioning and client presentations.
