Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, and Struts.
Architect scalable and efficient microservices-based solutions leveraging Spring Boot and modern development frameworks.
Lead and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker to enable consistent and scalable deployment environments.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for reliability and scalability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, and Struts.

Proven experience designing and deploying microservices architectures.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools and practices (Jenkins, Git, Maven).

Proficiency with containerization using Docker.

Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with DevOps principles and monitoring tools is a plus.
