Senior Finance Manager

Job descriptionEstablish and oversee scalable accounting processes to manage increasing complexity as the company grows. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including tax laws and SaaS-specific standards (SOC 2, GDPR). Lead financial audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting. Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs and growth investments. Develop robust financial models to assess liquidity and risk mitigation strategies. Tax Strategy & Optimization Ensure timely and accurate tax filings across jurisdictions. Identify opportunities for tax optimization, including cross-border SaaS taxation frameworks. Develop policies to mitigate financial and operational risks as the company scales. Ensure alignment with SaaS compliance standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO certifications. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and innovation. Cultivate a startup mindset while ensuring excellence in execution. Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and ensure financial discipline. Prepare and present financial performance updates to the executive team, board, and investors. Drive automation of financial processes and implement scalable tools like ERP systems, SaaS billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, SaaSOptics), and advanced reporting frameworks.
