Job Title : Client Service Representative
Experience Required : Minimum 2+ Years
Location : Lucknow
Key responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, managing communication, requirements, and feedback.
- Maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, creative, accounts, technical, delivery teams) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolutions and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and share project updates, reports, presentations, and progress status regularly.
- Manage client onboarding, documentation, service agreements, and renewal processes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and grow client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issue resolutions, and service performance.
- Ensure excellent service standards, high customer satisfaction, and client retention.
- Take feedback and share insights to improve service delivery, internal processes, and client experience.
Skills & Requirements :
Proven experience of 2+ years in client servicing, customer relationship management, or account handling.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving ability and client-handling approach.Good understanding of CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PPT), and documentation.Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients / projects simultaneously.Professional attitude, patience, and positive customer-focused mindset.Time management and ability to work under deadlines.Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.Experience in [Digital Marketing / IT Services / Advertising] industry is a plus.
