Key Responsibilities
- Conduct international-level outreach through phone, email, and digital platforms to engage prospective candidates
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and advise how MSU's International Programs can support their global career paths
- Manage the complete enrollment journey from lead generation and qualification to conversion
- Serve as the face of MSU, delivering warm, personalized, and empathetic counseling
- Educate candidates on global mobility opportunities and career progression in Europe (especially Germany)
- Maintain accurate lead and candidate data using CRM systems; regularly update engagement status
- Share actionable insights on lead conversions, challenges, and emerging trends
- Stay updated with global education and workforce mobility trends to ensure relevant and high-impact advising
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Bengali (knowledge of Gujarati is a plus)
